These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Earnboard ("we", "our", or "us") at earnboard.xyz. Earnboard is currently preserved in lightweight static mode, so account creation, X login, campaign submissions, payments, withdrawals, dashboards, and the automated demo are paused. These Terms also describe rules that applied, and may apply again, when the full Earnboard app is active.
Registration: User account creation is currently paused. When the full app is active, user accounts may be created via X OAuth and your Earnboard username may match your X handle. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.
One account per person: Creating multiple user accounts to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans on all associated accounts.
When completing campaign tasks and submitting content, you agree to:
Warnings: Projects may reject submissions without warning, or reject and warn for more serious problems. Accounts with 5 warnings may be frozen pending Earnboard Team review. Frozen accounts cannot participate in campaigns until the Earnboard Team unfreezes the account.
Quality enforcement: We take the quality of posts very seriously. Accounts identified as creating poor quality, spammy, misleading, or irrelevant content for a partner's campaign may be permanently banned.
Earning rewards: When campaigns are active, rewards are earned by completing approved campaign tasks. Earnboard does not guarantee any minimum reward amount. Reward amounts depend on campaign structure, number of participants, and your point score.
Distribution: When the full app is active, rewards are credited to your account balance at campaign end and distributed according to the model chosen by the project (Raffle, Proportional to All, Proportional Top 30, Proportional Top 50, or Proportional Top 100).
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are currently paused while the full app is offline. When withdrawals are active, you may withdraw your balance once it reaches $5. Earnboard aims to process withdrawals within 1 business day and cover on-chain gas fees. Withdrawals may be sent in USDT or USDC on BSC, Base, or Solana. Banned accounts cannot withdraw funds.
Wallet responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Earnboard is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards earned on the platform in your jurisdiction.
Campaign creation: Campaign creation is currently paused. When the full app is active, campaigns start with a $300 minimum prize pool and a separate launch fee starting at $100. The smallest campaign total is $400, with 100% of the prize pool going to users/community.
Payment review: When campaign payments are active, payments are reviewed manually by Earnboard before the campaign goes live. We reserve the right to decline campaigns that violate our guidelines.
Campaign parameters: When a campaign is live, its parameters (prize pool, tasks, distribution model, dates) are locked and cannot be changed.
Submission review: Projects that choose self-review are responsible for reviewing submissions fairly and promptly. Misuse of the rejection system to avoid paying out rewards is prohibited.
Bonus points: Projects receive 100 daily bonus campaign points to award to submissions. These affect campaign scores, reset at midnight UTC, and do not roll over.
The following are strictly prohibited on Earnboard:
Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending rewards, and permanent ban. If withdrawals are active, banned accounts cannot withdraw funds.
Content you submit to campaigns remains your own. By submitting, you grant Earnboard and the relevant project a non-exclusive license to display, review, and reference your submission in connection with the campaign.
The Earnboard platform, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Earnboard and may not be reproduced without permission.
Demo environment profile images: The automated Earnboard demo is currently paused. If restored, it may use test user profile pictures inspired by or sourced from public NFT collection imagery for demonstration purposes only. These images are not owned by Earnboard unless otherwise stated, and all rights remain with their respective owners and collections, including CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Pudgy Penguins, Azuki, Doodles, Moonbirds, Cool Cats, CyberKongz, and WonderPals.
Earnboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific reward amounts, or that any campaign will achieve particular results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnboard is not liable for:
Earnboard reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms. Suspended accounts may have pending rewards withheld pending investigation.
If account features return, you may delete your account by contacting hello@earnboard.xyz. Earned rewards should be withdrawn before deletion when withdrawals are active, as account balances may be forfeited upon permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will announce material changes on our X account (@earnboard) and on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
